I have a situation with an IP Office, here is the scenario:
When a call comes in using a direct number (DID) it rings on extension 407 for example, once the extension rings and does not answer the call goes to voicemail. When I receive the call in the voicemail I don't get the caller-id I only see that the call comes from extension 407.
The voicemail is an external voicemail and it is connected to the IP Office by sip trunks.
Is there any configuration that I need to receive the caller-id?
Thanks...
