problem with Bitware Fax program

On Win2000 machine When commanding to send fax a error message appears stating " Unable to create device context when generating cover page image. Make sure you have enough resources."
Any hint where to adjust to solve this problem?
The product is Cheyenne Software a division of Computer Associates version 3.30.08ti. Which by the way works great on all our Win98SE machines. Any help or ideas will be appreciated
