Problem with Autocreating Printers with a published App

User logs on to the desktop with ICA connection and his printers get auto created.
He logs in to Citrix using a published Application and when he tries to print - it says no printers installed.
We have Citrix Xp on W2k 2000 sp4.
Any ideas??

Have they really been autocreated?
Can you see them when you log into the server and look at printers?
Can you print when he and you are logged in?
Have you installed the printer drivers?

Metaframe XP and Win2K SP4 have proven to be a bad combo. There is an issue with Pubapps and printing because of this. Was the server built w/SP4? otherwise I would recommend back revving to SP3.

When they go into the Published App - Nada

Printer drivers are installed.
