I have a BCM400, the CallPilot has a CCR tree, with menus and submenus in bcm400 I have 3 cot lines, these lines are answered by the auto attendant without problem, but also I have installed on the bcm400 PRI lines (DIDs), for some reason these are answered by general delivery, and do not understand why? What I did was disable the general delivery, but now I get a message saying "the mailbox that you called is not available" or something similar. and then starts the auto attendant message. Someone can help me delete this message? I just want to be answered the PRI (DIDs) lines for the auto attendant. I only use a greeting table 1, for both type of lines.

If you want the DID to get answered by AA you have to make the target line answer with AA (Example line 202 answer AA). If the DID is meant to go to users mailboxes, set the (prime line) for that target line to the persons ext number. (Example target line 202 prime set ext 225).

If you have a set that has a line told to ring at it as well you told it to forward no answer to vmails DN yet no mailbox was created then it will default to GD after the forward no answer ring count.

Greeting Table 1, is assigned to all lines 1-492, within this range are the 3 cot lines and DIDs. Calls to DIDS of users go straight to your extension without problem. Only when you call the main number is entered when the general delivery, so I desabilite, now hear the message "the mailbox that you called is not available" and when you finish the message and enters the auto attendant recording of the operator and there and may continue without problem, I need is to remove the message "the mailbox that you called is not available" when I call the main DID, which is the number of the company. maybe I'm doing something wrong or I need to add something?

My first is the 221, and I am currently using the 237 for reception and this is the Prime set for DID main line, I have to use the 221? one thing I've noticed that the ports that are unused lines is an extension that I know of that says 317.

guys yours do not understand me, all other lines are answered by the AA or by the user as are, eg CO line 51057XXX answered by AA, DID 50058XX1 answered by station 221, etc. Only the main number of the company have problem, when a user call the main number hear the message "user call there is not available". at the end of this message, the auto attendant initiates message with your menus normally, I just want to remove the message that appears at the beginning. The general delivery is disable. I did try to change the prime set and does not work. The main number of the company is not physically connected to the bcm400, is linked to the service of the DIDs channels and is the head number of the DID service.
