Problem when using visual studio instead of visual C++6.0

Hi !
I develop an application in C++, and until now, I was using Visual C++ 6.0.
I installed Visual studio.net, that contains Visual C++ 7.0 instead and my application compiled with this have many problems (crash at start af application, serial port blocked...). These problems never happened when I was using Visual C++ 6.0.

Has someone else encounterred similar problems, and is there a solution (I prefer visual studio environment, I would like to continue developping on it) ?
