PROBLEM w/NRU

I'm trying to load NRU 8.0 on a Windows running XP Pro. I basically need Norstar Manager for remote admin/backup/restore of an 824 DR-5.

When I try to start Norstar Manager, I get an error message - "Divide By Zero or Overflow Error". What the hell is this, and does anyone know how I can fix this?

Or, is there any other way to backup/restore 824 DR-5? I have NRU 11.0, but if I understand correctly, it's only compatible with CICS/MICS. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You need to use Norstar Manager 3.7 on an XP computer. The version with NRU 8.0 is 3.5.
