Well, not sure what the exact setting is, but try this in the following order:
- "Tools->Internet Options->Programs" and click "reset web settings" hit OK and reopen IE
- If that doesn't work try going to "Control Panel -> Add/Remove Prog", highlight "IE 5.5 and Internet Tools" and click add/remove. Select the repair option and reboot when it's finished.
- Last, but not least, try upgrading to IE 5.5 Service Pack 2
