Dear friends, please help me!
I am using Access2000 lo link SQL tables via ODBC. SQL Server 2000(pack 3a) is set to mixed mode (to allow both trusted connection and SQL login) and is loacted on a Windows 2000 server(pack4).
When accessing tables from access2000 using odbc with a SQL id (not a win2000 id for trusted connection). In the login box a check appears automatically for TRUSTED CONNECTION. Since using a SQL id, the box must be unchecked for successful SQL ODBC connection. Otherwise users do get error indicating sql database can not be connected. My users do not want to go through this extra step. How can I force a blank (no check) for Trusted Connection property in ODBC link. Need help! Thanks in advance.
