I am having trouble with touchtones on one of my SIP providers. When I try to enter digits into an auto-attendant, the digits aren't being recognized.
Any clues?

By the way, the auto attendant I am referring to is not at this location. Every auto attendant called reacts this way.

IP Office supports RFC2833 to allow DTMF transport over SIP trunks. IP Office does not support the INFO method used by a few service providers for out-of-band DTMF.

I found the options in my SIP provider. My options are: rfc2833, inbound, info, or auto. It was set at rfc2833 so I changed to auto. It seems to be working better now. Thanks.
