we recently upgraded our users to windows 2000 professional. Upon reinstalling thier sony clies (t625c)we found that they will only synchronise if they are in the power users or administrators groups. Is there any way to enable synchronisation if the users are members of the users group.
At the moment users in the users group who try to hotsynch get the error message "You do not have sufficient security privileges to install devices on this computer. Please contact your site administrator, or logout and log in again as an administrator and try again."
