Problem since new SSL Certificate

Hi all

I installed a new SSL certificate this morning on one of our web servers [NT 4.0 SP6a with IIS 4.0].

I can see in Key Manager that the certificate has been installed OK and is valid, but the SSL secured area of our web site no longer functions - just get page can not be displayed. I know thw page is there as if you take SSL of that directory, then change the link from https: to http: it works fine.

Any ideas what might have gone wrong, or where I should start looking?

Nothing in event logs of any interest that I can see...
