We just put in a new Windows 2003 SBS to replace an existing SBS.

Outlook web access works, sort of.

If you hit servername/exchange internally or you get the log in screen.

Once you log in, you see a directory listing of all the mailboxes. Luckily, each person can only access their own, because they have to reauthenticate after clicking on a mail box.

How can I set it so logging in to owa takes them directly to their mailbox instead of to a listing of all mailboxes?

I'd almost think you're missing a file somewhere.

When you login, are you using the popup box, or the Forms Based Authentication (web page)?

SBS 2003 is FBA out of the box Pat. Rerun the Internet Connect wizard I think it is called - about top right Wizard in the server management.

I don't play with SBS much, I prefer a proper system :)

Thanks for the responses.

While playing with it last night, I turned off FBA and it started working correctly.

I may be missing a file necessary for FBA.

That sounds like it's a certificate problem. I realize that FBA is turned on by default, but it REQUIRES an SSL certificate. Head down that route and you'll likely find the problem. You might just need to reinstall the cert, or recreate it.
