Problem setting up a command button to read from combo boxes

Hi,
I am fairly new to Access and am trying to learn it as I
go along. Here is my problem. I have a combo box that is
used to select a type of media (ie. paper, floppy disk).
I also have a combo box that is used to select the status
of the media. I want to use a command button I called it
Retrieve Data to run a query to select this information
and display it in a query/table. How is the best way for
doing this? Thank you very much in advance. I appreciate
all of the help.
