Problem restoring Exchange 2000 mailbox

Hi,

I've a problem when I try to restore a full mailbox to another data store in Exchange 2000.

I've created a new mailbox to restore in it

I use the following parameters

- No loss restore
- Dismount before restore / commit+mount after restore
- Restore over existing files

Device : Tape Super DLT Quantum 320Gb

Credentials : Domain Admin to connect the server and start the Beremote agent / Mailbox owner to connect the mailbox
--> tested successfully in bexec

Backup server : W2K3
B exec 11d
Exchange server : W2K
EXC2k
all of my servers are up-to-date (Bexec,win and exch)

When I start the restore, the status are
"running" +/- 1min
"restore scan" +/-1min
"queued" and never start

The restore option on exchange datastore is enabled
I've dismounted/Mouted all exchange datastore

It's the 1st time I have this kind of problem with a restore.
I've changed the job priority, "holded" all other jobs in Bexec but no change.

I've tried other parameters in Bexec but no change.

Could somebody help me ?
