I bought a new Win10 Lenovo laptop with the his-res display (2560 x 1440). I am using RDP to log onto remote servers for my clients. I connected an external 1600 x 12000 monitor and I can get the remote server Desktop to look normal, but when I Preview a report the bottom right corner of the report gets chopped off, and the report when in landscape mode looks like it's in portrait mode. Reports in portrait mode look fine. It surely has something to do with Windows 10 and font scaling, but I can't figure it out. It also has the same issue when I run and Preview locally on the laptop without using RDP. The application is written in VFP 8. Any ideas on how I can fix this? It's a major issue. Thank you.

Hi wtotten,

I don't think that its a problem of the VFP app.

I'm currently using a Lenovo L560 NB and noticed, that different scalings on external and NB display lead to 'cut off' graphics. For example, when copying directories the progress window is displayed correctly as long as it is placed on the unscaled display. As soon as it is moved to the scaled display the right textpart vanishes (~25%).
I don't know, if this happens on Lenovo NBs only or if it comes with Intel Graphics chipsets or if it an overall windows problem.

My current configuration is as follows:

24" HD display scaled 100% defined as MAIN display in front of me
15" HD NB display scaled 125% defined as expanded display at the right side of the 24" monitor.
