Problem making changes to phones using CS 1000 Telephony Manager

Hello all. Relative newbie to this site. I'm having an issue trying to make changes on 39xx phones using CS 1000 TM. I keep getting-

*Field: TN
Description: Loop Entry must be between 1 and 50.
Severity: Error
Error Code: TN failed.

I have several other locations that work fine with CS 1000 TM. I also compared the set-up of the site against the other sites in CS 1000 TM Navigator and found no conflicts. I have not as of yet tried blowing away the site to re-build.
