I recently replaced the S8400 server and reloaded CM4.0.1 but was never prompted to load the IA770 software. It doesn't show the Messaging IP Address when going into Config Server. Also it does show the process at all when going into Process Summary until I load the license, then it allways shows the service as down. I going to reload the software again tomorrow. Should I be prompted to load the IA770 like it does on a S8300? Thanks

your telnet default is probably to send "crlf" (carriage return line feed), instead of just "cr", so the question probably wizzed by you.. type 'telnet', then 'unset crlf'

I thought I used the 'unset crlf'. I was prompted for what type of server, I chose S8400. Then I was prompted for what drive to load, I left it defaulted at the 4G SSD Drive. The other option was the 32G Hard Drive. It warned me any other data on that partition would be lost then start to load as normal

well, if you where sending "CRLF" for each time the "enter" key was pressed, you only saw 1/2 the questions, that was my point :)
