Problem Invoking Message Board Script

I've got a message board running on Apache Server, and when I attempt to post messages to it, it comes up with the following:

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /darren/NationalTheatreIntranet/cgi-bin/
Any ideas of what to do to the server to allow this?
