Problem installing Smartsuite 9.8 with RSP script

I have problems installing Smartsuite 9.8 IE with an RSP script.

I am entering the script as a parameter in the command line and keep getting the following error:
Error 1606.Could not access network location \tilered

Any idea what could be the problem?
