problem in Secondary CDR IP

We are using S8700 media server. We have Softex Call Accounting system capturing CDR data thru IP converter thru Primary CDR .

WE want to install another Softex CAS & collect data parallelly thru secondary CDR output. But we are facing problems in the same. the Softex application link with S8700 gets esteblished but we get grabage (binary kind) data.

We have checked our configuration e.g defining the parameters in chage ip-services, change node-names ip & change sys cdr etc. every thing seems to be okay..

Can any one suggest , what could be wrong..

Have you tried the IP CDR dump to a text file to see if its garbled there? that would tell you if its in the AVAYA or CDR software.
