PROBLEM IN RECEIVING E-MAIL

i have a windows SBS2003, and the problem is i can not receive external e-amils but can send e-mails e-mails out.i have telnet the port 25 and it is opened.but after tracking from exchange server i noticed that they are i found the following.
SMTP Store Driver:Message submitted from store
SMTP store driver submitted message to MTA.
what does it mean?where all my e-mails are going to?i have no clue. my outgoing server is set to forward to ISP SMTP server. i have real tough time.i have no ports blocking as afr as i know (the ports i opened are 25,110,143,443).can any one suggest me. also i noticed a warning message in application log:

Why?

Where does your MX record point to in public DNS? Do you have a static IP address? If so set your MX record to your public IP and remove the link to the ISP server. YOu only need Exchange. If however you do not have a public IP then you will need to keep the ISP Smart Host setting and will need to configure the POP3 connector on the server to pull mail down for you. Running CEICW will walk you through configuring it all.
