Problem in CentreVue 1

When trying to change agent administration for skills we are recieving an error that says: Cannot not perform requested operation. Administration Contention try again later

Something is being changed on the switch - either a maintenance operation like save translations; or another user is changing a station/agent skills etc. this is basically CMS's error when data is locked by another write operation.

We usually get this error when someone has a vector open or modifying it.
