Problem Importing Tagged Text

I am creating a multilingual document and have the Translations as InDesign Tagged Text Files.

Due to the lack of resources in a previous system, I am working in 12 page increments of a 150+ page document.

My new system specs are:
3.4 Ghz HT Processor (P4)
3 Gig DDR ram

My issue is that some sections import without a hitch. Others literally freeze the system.

Any ideas???

Sure do need to resolve this pretty soon.

2.0.2 (DC) / 3.0.1a (CS1) / 4.0 (CS2) ??

2.0.2 is very slow with tables ...
