I am trying to get an internal extension (x8035) to forward to an external number that's a 1800xxxxxxx number. I am attempting to this with LD23/ACD. I tried this using a phantom phone and I can't get it to work either as the system won't allow me to use a 9 when using FTR DCFW.

So my problem with using the LD23/ACD setup is that I can get it to forward for internal calls but not external calls or vise versa but not both at the same time. When I use the ACD/NCFW setting as just 91800xxxxxxx it doesn't allow external calls to be forward the calls get routed to our PBX operator, but internal calls work fine when forwarding. When I use the ACD/NCFW setting as the ACOD1800xxxxxxx internal calls are no longer forwarded, a fast busy is heard but external calls are fine.

Phones all have a NCOS of 2, which equals FRL 2. All phones are CLS CTD. 1800 on my system is a SPN that uses RLI 3, RLI 3 has a FRL value of 1.

If I use the ACD/NCFW setting with ACOD1800xxxxxxx and set my phone to CLS UNR the call will work, but I can't change all phones over to CLS UNR.

What am I missing here (TGAR/TARG)? Thanks in advance!

To get the phantom tn to work change the cls to cfxa.

You also need to go into the customer data block (under ftr_data I think) and change cfo to cff. cff uses the ncos of the phone on forwarding and cfo uses the ncos of the trunk (which is probably 0)

It was the cfxa on the phantom, I thought I tried that but I guess not. I knew I was being silly. Thanks.
