Problem flashing Epox 8KTA3+

I've been trying to flash my 8kta3+ motherboard with the most current .bin file. When I run the flash utility the process bar fills up with red and that means it is write failing according to the key, then at the very end of the process it writes a little bit. When I reboot and check the date it doesn't changed. Any idea why it's doing this.
