I am having problem exporting report to excel format, fields do not appear in the same column as header and in some case column value doesn't show up. ( Seagate Info version 7.0.2. I also need to keep the heading part of Report Non-Scrolling in Excel. How can this be done. Any help is much appreciated. I am hopeful about the help from this forum as always I had whenever I needed.

Thanks so much

I had the same problem. I got rid of all white space in all sections of the report, including suppressing some sections, and it cleaned it up considerably. This is a workaround rather than a true fix, but play around with that and see what happens. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

hi,

I have the same problem formula fields does not show up in the excel. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

I am pretty sure that you will have to set up the non-scrolling headers in Excel after the export, not in CR.

The alignment shouldn't be a problem if you have the same number of objects in each row, they are aligned vertically and horizontally, and all objects in a column are the same width.

Formulas should export to excel. Is it all formulas or certain ones? Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

Hi ken,

Only one field is a formula field and that field does not show up in the excel

Thanks
