problem creating certificate(SelfCert.exe)

I opened up SelfCert.exe, but when I typed in my name and clicked on next it said could not create certificate. What could be the problem?

instead of My Cert's Name

type My Cert Name


...remember the old DOS converntion no slashes fancy symbols
or punctuation

well I just typed in name to test it and it still did not work.

"name" is a reserve word in many apps.

i also tried other things, like random letters an other names. And nothing worked
