Problem copying files using group policy start up scripts

Hi,

I need to roll out a new ini file for an application to all machines on our corporate domain. The ini needs to go into %systemroot% but obviously users dont have access to the folder, which stops the file being copied in.

Can anyone help?

I have just tried putting it in the machine settings within group profile, without any luck.
