Problem connecting the sv9100 to the network Gatekeeper (h323)

I have a SV9100 that is connected to network gatekeeper(H.323) and the SV9100 is connected to this network. Sometimes this network is disconnected for 20 minutes and reconnected, but the SV9100 does not ask for connection again and to connect we have to reset the SV9100.Are there any settings to give? There is a request again. Thank you for your help
