Hello All,

I am having problems adding a secondary Controller on my Network.

I have 1 Domain Controller with Windows 2000.

I am trying to add a new Server with Windows 2003 Server Standard and eventually install Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server.

When I try to add Windows 2003 Server as a Additional Domain Controller I get the following Error Message:

"The operation failed because:

The Active Directory Installation Wizard cannot continue because the forest is not prepared for installing Windows Server 2003. Use the Adprep command-line tool to prepare both the forest and the domain. For more information about using the Adprep, see Active Directory help."

"The version of the Active Directory Schema of the source forest is not compatible with the version of Active Directory on this computer"

Can someone please advice.

Thank you,
M

marzIT, please try to limit the number of cross posts. I've responded to 3 questions you have posted on the same related subject. Gets confusing after a while.

I hope you find this post helpful.
