Hi everyone,

Im new to BO and hope someone can help. I am trying to edit a report. When I open up the query panel, and try add a measure to the existing result objects(this measure is for a new column in the report), it messes up the SQL query. My one original query is now 2 seperate queries. Why does this happen, and how do I fix it?

The new measure is just an extra column in the report, so I thought it would be as easy as just finding the measure, adding it to the other dimesion details etc, and then adding the column in the report. But this seems not to be the case.

Thanks

This is a universe issue. There is a setting for Seperate SQL statements for each measure. If you measures come from different fact tables, it does this to ensure you get all the data. If you don't need it, turn it off.
