I am not sure what the problem is and would appreciate some help from an experienced person. :)

I am the web guy at the company I work at. We have other server admins.

The server admins just told me they installed the ODBC drivers needed to connect to an .mdb (Access) database.

But, I am getting an error:

"Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Unspecified error "

I wasn't sure if "Jet" needed to be installed separately?
I wasn't sure if they needed to configure things differently?

I was curious if there was any place on the web where I could find (and then give it to them) ... instructions in a step by step format on what they need to check and make sure they have installed, .. and how to configure things .. so I can connect to an ACCESS 2002 Database on Windows NT server.

Any advice .. or what else do I need to tell you?

Thanks,
Gary
