We have had to rebuild a Notes server because of a crash, which has involved the reinstallation of ARCserve 9.01 and the Notes Backup Agent. On trying to restore the Notes databases we got the below error. We have been able to restore other files just not the Notes Databases. We know we could restore notes Databases before the reinstallation as we had tested it both to the original location and a different one.
We have tested backing up Notes Databases since Arcserve was reinstalled and we are able to restore these, just not the ones before the reinstallation.
Is there something wrong with our reinstallation of ARCserve that was different to the previous installation. We need to be able to restore the Notes Databases has anybody any ideas.
