how's the job market for Access developers in your city? It's essentially non-existant here in Denver. There may be a move in my future.

Thanks.

PerryG,

My experience has been that if you are more of a "generalist", no matter what your expertise is, you will have a much harder time finding opportunities than those that have specific experience with a particular application. For example, if your expertise is not just "Access", but also have used it in conjuction with a major ERP package, middleware, or database, (SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, and many more) -- people will be knocking down your door.

I know SAP is really hot right now, but even within this package certain functional areas are in more demand than others.

Good luck to you,
K. Hood
