How can you make one DN from within the call manager system appear private to an outside number? I thought this would be under the external mask but have had no luck with the word "PRIVATE" being displayed.
Thanks for the quick response. Im new to call manager so you will have to excuse my ingnorance. Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldnt this be a global change to the system, not just a single Directory number.
