PRIs all channels are dsbl

I have 2 PRIs that show all of the channels BSBL. the D channels show RLS. I tried ENL AUTO (DCH) IN ld 96, but that did not work. HELP. Thank you

Is the carrier up? Meaning is it not in red or yellow alarm. What kind of PRI cards are they???

Go to LD 60 and STAT the Loops
