Priority 1 and no inbound/outbound

I have 3 extensions that currently have a display of Priority 1 on their screen. They also can not make any outbound or receive any inbound calls.

So far I have tried disabling/enabling the ext.
Im going to try and out then rebuild one of the phones now.

Im thinking this is a MAX/SYM issue but I'm pretty far removed from either of those 2 products so any advice would be appreciated.

It turned out the issues was the phones not being acquired by Symposium.
