If you are printing through any ERP or user's menu driven utility then
check what AIX/ubix command it is using in background(like lp or lpr etc).
usually these commands have some flags e.g lp command has -c flag which
can cause two or three copies of every job to be printed.
Or check the printer setting....if the problem is occuring only on a specific
printer.
