Here is the problem. I have a document in Word with a table consisting of 2 columns and a few rows. One column has a black background and white letters. A user copied that table and typed over it with different words. When they tried to print it out it didnt print out the words. It just printed a black box. I tried to play around with the settings in borders and shading but nothing. I tried to send the document to a different printer and it printed fine. What can I do?

I have experienced a similar problem in a competitor's product. It was a printer driver problem and was resolved by using a different (but compatible) printer driver. BlackburnKL

Generally, this is caused by not choosing, in the printer properties, to "print truetype fonts as graphics". Anne Troy
