Are all users using the same, single copy of the database on a network?
If so, that'll do it.
When it happens again, grab the users pc that has just printed to your printer - check the default printer setting within the Access database - it will be set to your printer.
I haven't absolutely pin-pointed the criteria that Access uses to set the default printer settings, but it IS related to who has had the application open and running.
Solution: split the front end from the data-tables, and copy the front-end to all user machines.
