I know how to print from VB.. but I've got an interesting delima. I've been using pdflib for most of my extensive printing needs but I need to get away from this for one of my projects.

I've got full page stickers right now that I print (currently from corel but can be exported to any format). After these are printed.. I have to print various other things on them. I'm trying to find a way to do it all on the fly. Basically, make a page, place an image over the full page, and then place text in precise places on top of that image. I then need to print that out on the fly (without saving a temp file), destroy it and make a new one.

The problem I'm having with using pdf is that contrary to popular belief.. pdf margins are not always the same.. they depend on printer settings. Thats not a big deal unless you're printing on pre-printed paper (which I am doing).

Anybody have any suggestions?

I just use the printer object. It's tedious, but it gives you a lot of control.
