My company has just acquired version 9 of Crystal Reports and plans to implement it in an existing application.

We also purchased a laser printer with duplex printing capabilities.

The boss wants to use the duplexing mode at all costs and I would like to know if the reports in this system can be set up to print in duplex mode?

If so, how?

If the user is responsible for printing, they will need to set the DEFAULT properties of the printer to double-sided within the Printer set-up on their local machine. This will print ALL documents as double-sided unless instructed otherwise.

I set the printer properties to duplex on my machine, and tested one of the reports in question, and it still does not print in duplex.

Am I missing something here?

Here is a revision of the situtation that I am having.

We upgraded to version 9 of Crystal Reports which supports duplex printing.

We have a series of five separate reports that make up a complete report.

We would like to have these reports print as a group in duplex mode. Example: Report 1 on the front of the first sheet, Report 2 on the back of the first sheet, Report 3 on the front of the second sheet, and so on.

Is this task possible?

Thanks.
