Printing Question

Hello,

Does anyone have any insight into this error:

"Error in Macro MAC-PRINT-INIT - call to start Document

Error [0x00000BBB] in call to StartDoc
General Error

Print Document Error"

Only one user has this issue and the rest can print.

Are they running Macola through Terminal Services by chance?

Curious, just happens to a lot of my TS users all the time.

Some things to check. When she is printing the report, the selected printer in the macola screen, is it installed on her machine.

I would hit the set default button in macola and re-select her printer anyway and see if this clears it up.

Do you have more information. Is it all of her reports or a specfic one. There are a couple of reports that will only allow one user to run it at a time.

All reports etc. I actually emailed a guy from Macola and he suggested intializing some files in system mgr and that didn't work either. I am thinking that her installed printer names might be messed up... kind of lost at this point.
