Printing Problems

Hello everyone. I have been having this problem that is really bothering me. We have a user that gets the following error message when trying to print in a certain program.

Error: XML load failed. Please check file name. At load report ([report name]=Hardcoded@Progage_Individual_Gage) function from ModRegistry Module at line number:16

All data in this ProGage software is correct and everything concerning the file it's telling me to check is all good. I'm having a rough time with this.

Is the job completing normally? If so, then there is some character present at the defined location in the .xml file that is causing a problem on conversion to html. If the job is being aborted abnormally by something occurring on the server (reboot) then the xml is not being allowed to be properly created. You may want to try the update xml. See

You need get the latest update for the XML files.
