Printing Problem

I have a report where the fields placed in the report are formatted to display 0 when it does not have a value. On my PC the report which previews and printing correctly. However on my user's PC the fields without a value are displayed as blank and not as 0 per the report design.
Using 8.5 design but saving report in Ver 7.
