We have a custom developed software which will print out contractual documents used in a number of offices. This software is currently running in a number of different offices on Win 2K, but in different languages including English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. This problem is completely mystifying us. On Korean Win2K the software will print the document but exceed the width of an A4 page by at least an inch. No other OS does this including Korean Win 98/ME. The software can print to a whole host of HP laserjet printers and this problem occurs for all of them. We have tried using a number of HP drivers including, English and Korean. When we overlap a printout of a document printed in the Korean 2K and one from another OS, the fonts sizes are exactly the same. It is the spacing between them that is increased for Korean 2K. Why?!! Any clues will be greatly appreciated.
