When I try to print an e-mail in Outlook 2000 with OfficeJet T45, the print comes out weird like this:

It seems
to want to skip lines such as this. It will have
one
word on one line then alot on the next line.

Things that I tried:
I tried downloading the newest driver and software.
Printed from another printer...prints fine.
Another T45 printer prints out exactly the same.

Sounds to me like you've done everything right, thus far. I have had this problem before, but not with this model. One must assume the fault is with this particular printer. I can cite my problem being with the stepper motor. It may be that the band that drives the printer head may be weak, from use, damaged, or off of the actual motor stepper. Compare it to your other T45 printer, for any actual variance or wear, regarding it. Other problems might be the printer controller might be damaged, or the stepper motor is wearing out, and may need replacement. This was the solution in my case. I am sorry I cannot be of any more assistance in the matter.
