Printing & print preview in Word different than data that appears

Hi -

I am using Word 2002 SP 2 and have a document that has a table of contents. When I open the word document, I see the correct page numbers in this table. When I print or even do a print preview, I get the table of contents printed out with the descriptions and all, but the pages all say the number 2 instead of the correct page numbers associated with the topic.

Any ideas? I can view the document ok, but print preview or print causes this weird thing.
