Ack! Big Powerful Lawyers need to print out a Powerpoint presentation I made. Our company template is a dark background with light text. So when I print the slides, much of the text & chart labels are invisible. Is there a way around this? Help!

Waht you need to do is:

Go to View, Select Black and White. Go to any slide, right click on it. At the very bottom, you will have the Black and White option. When you point to it, you will get about 8 to 9 options. Need to play with these to get the right one. Best ones may be Greyscale and Light Greyscale.

BTW, just going to View, Black and White may even do it.

If you already selected Geyscale or Pure Black and White under the Pirnt options, then you would have to deselect them to use my suggestions.

Cool - this worked (mostly). The Production & Layout guy I'm talking to is saying that on other presentations he's done, yellow text has printed out black...sometimes. Other times it prints out light gray.

Anyway, this got the big lawyers what they needed for now. Thanks!!
