Does anyone else print in with an ActiveX viewer instead of the pdf that is defaulted in the viewer? Our clients hate to go through all the extra steps it takes in order to printfrom the viewer in crystal 11. We still the Crystal 11 viewer but was wondering if their is some setting I have not found yet as too being able to print in activex. We do have a way that prints rectly in the activex but they still want the viewer and when they print to go directly to the activeX print. Let me know if anyone out there is doing this and how I can change the format if possible. Thanks
